Every single person that has to go through a sleep change in terms of scheduling, will notice a bit of a wobble. It doesn’t matter whether you are on sleep treatment or not, it will just be a slight wobble. It won’t affect your overall progress, please don’t worry. However, unfortunately for the first few days after a shift, it does feel a bit strange.
Nothing bad will happen, it’s something that everyone will go through. Your body will adapt naturally, there is nothing you can do that makes it better or worse. Just stick to the scheduling you’ve got even though we know that psychologically it will feel a bit strange because the actual timings of the world will change.
Stick to your own diary. It might mean that you are an hour off to begin with but just like what you have been doing on the course, shifting yourself onto various schedules, that is all you are doing and it is only by an hour. It won’t affect you significantly but you may notice a bit of a difference which will go away after a few days.
