Firstly, if you are comparing your sleep to before Module 2, that module tends to make everything a lot stricter, so it will be very different. You can't really compare sleep before Module 2.
Think about where you were before you started the course and now. Often we hear of people sleeping for a broken 7 hours a night and reducing it to a 6 hour consistent sleep night. They think back and actually, it wasn't 7 hours every night. It may have been overestimated and they feel a lot better now on their 6 hours.
Remember that external factors will be affecting your sleep that nobody can control. Just try and be as consistent as you can. When you say your sleep is worse, ask yourself, 'Am I being strict enough with myself? Am I just looking at the page and thinking it's worse? How am I actually feeling?' Often, what you're seeing on the page and how you are feeling don't match up.
