I suffer from PTSD/chronic pain/fibromyalgia/tinnitus. Can I do the course?

This course has not been adapted for those with a condition which already affects sleep and comes with difficult and distressing symptoms within itself. We say this because the sleep treatment can be very tough and can often make us feel worse before it makes us feel better. In these other conditions, it can seem that they are getting worse in the short term sometimes too. Therefore we suggest that you embark on sleep treatment with an accredited sleep professional such as Stephanie rather than an online course, who will be able to adapt the course to your condition (which can sometimes mean leaving certain parts out very much depending on each individual case).

If you decide to embark on this course despite our recommendations please make sure you go through it at a pace that's right for you, which often means slowly and with the supervision of your GP or specialist medical team.
