Can I do the course whilst taking sleeping pills?

You can indeed do the Sleepyhead Program course whilst taking sleeping pills. 

However, we cannot advise you on whether you should start or stop taking them. Only your prescribing physician can give you proper guidance on this. 

"It doesn't matter if you're taking sleeping pills right now, or you aren't taking sleeping pills right now. You can still do the course. Hopefully one day you'll feel like you don't need to take sleeping pills. And it's really important that when you decide when that is, you speak to your referring physician and you make sure you reduce the sleeping pills in the most appropriate fashion. It's common to get a bit of rebound insomnia when you do this, but don't worry, it's a short term side effect." - Stephanie Romiszewski
