I suffer from seizures, is this course right for me?

Unfortunately, our course in its current format is not yet adapted to all comorbidities. The Sleepyhead Program course is not yet suitable for you. 

CBT-i is the correct treatment avenue for your insomnia but it needs to be specially adapted to your particular condition. Since you are suffering from another condition alongside your insomnia, they must be treated separately. 

We recommend getting in touch with your primary care physician and asking for a referral to a sleep specialist near you.
