Your sleep tracker is where you can do just that. It is a very helpful tool to track progress and learn about your own sleep.
Firstly, follow this link: https://sleepyheadprogram.com/my-account/sleep-tracker-start-new-week/ and fill in your rise time as explained in the "How do I add a new week?" article.
After inputting your week start date and your rise time for that week, click the pink button labelled 'Add a night sleep' as shown below.
A smaller window will pop up where you can input your times for that night of sleep as shown below.
You must populate each field in order from top to bottom. So starting with 'I went to bed at', down to 'How many times did I wake up'. Also, if you can, please choose a time from the drop down menu. Or if you type a time in, remember to click hard return after filling in the field.
The shaded boxes will automatically fill with your calculated sleep times.
Once you have completed these boxes, do not forget to click 'save this night' by scrolling down a little bit!
After you have done this, your night will appear in your sleep tracker. Continue this process every night until the end of the course.
Please do be diligent in filling out your sleep tracker every morning as this is a great tool to help overcome your insomnia and it will be useful all the way through the course.
