If you have filled in your sleep tracker incorrectly, it is very easy to fix.
Please follow the link to your own sleep tracker: https://sleepyheadprogram.com/my-account/sleep-tracker/
Find the day you wish to edit. Click 'Edit day' (shown below in pink).
The same smaller window that you first filled in will appear. Just make any changes you need to and don't forget to click the button (shown below) to save again!
