You can add a new week in your sleep tracker by following this link to your own sleep tracker on your account: https://sleepyheadprogram.com/my-account/sleep-tracker-start-new-week/
Fill in the 'Week starting' field with the date you want to start your week as shown below.
Then fill in your 'Rising time'. This is the time you will aim to wake up every day of this week. Stephanie always stresses how important this is! Consistency is key.
