Your sleep quality percentage is automatically calculated by your sleep tracker as you fill it out.
You should not look at each individual day as it does not help your treatment to try and calculate progress a day at a time. You may have slump days or days when you might nap accidentally, we don't want you to get hung up on these days.
When you hit 90% sleep efficiency for seven days, you can add 15 minutes to your sleep the next week.
